Inside sales coördinator- Jobomschrijving

  • Draft and coordinate import/export/cross-trade rate proposals for both freight forwarders and direct customers
  • Follow up on commercial offers, negotiate rates and ensure correct and timely filing
  • Handle high volumes of email and balance structured admin work with ad hoc client needs
  • Proactively develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer data and monitor performance
  • Improve the customer experience by providing regular service updates and digital tool support
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments: Customer Service, Trade, Finance, and Operations

Inside sales coördinator- Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics Management) OR 1+ year of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English
  • Professional working knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Structured, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Able to work both independently and within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • No strict 9-to-5 mentality
