- Draft and coordinate import/export/cross-trade rate proposals for both freight forwarders and direct customers
- Follow up on commercial offers, negotiate rates and ensure correct and timely filing
- Handle high volumes of email and balance structured admin work with ad hoc client needs
- Proactively develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer data and monitor performance
- Improve the customer experience by providing regular service updates and digital tool support
- Collaborate closely with internal departments: Customer Service, Trade, Finance, and Operations
Inside sales coördinator- Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics Management) OR 1+ year of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English
- Professional working knowledge of French or German is a plus
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- Structured, proactive, and commercially minded
- Able to work both independently and within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- No strict 9-to-5 mentality
