Although our headquarters are located in Antwerp, we operate throughout Flanders. Each of our recruiters has their own regional focus, giving them access to an extensive local network and keeping them up to date on opportunities in your area.
Will I be speaking with a recruiter who truly understands my field?
Yes, absolutely. At Asteria, we work with specialized recruiters within our FinFinance, Techwell, and BN Engineering divisions. Because each recruiter focuses exclusively on their own niche, we speak your language and understand the technical intricacies of your field. This ensures you’ll have a contact who truly understands what your work entails.

We always start with a comprehensive intake to gain a clear understanding of the client’s needs and corporate culture. Because each consultant has their own niche specialization within FinFinance, Techwell, or BN Engineering, we guarantee an in-depth screening of the subject matter. Furthermore, every project is supervised by a senior expert, and we provide full support from the initial analysis through to onboarding—always on a “no cure, no pay” basis.
How do you handle the privacy of my personal information and my current employment status?
At Asteria HR Group, we handle your personal information and current employment status with the utmost discretion. We operate in accordance with GDPR guidelines, which means that your resume and personal information will never be shared with third parties without your consent. We understand the sensitivity of your current career situation and ensure that all communication remains confidential, so that your privacy is protected throughout the entire process.
What if it turns out not to be a match after all?
If a collaboration does not yield the desired results, our quality guarantees come into effect. We operate on a no-cure, no-pay basis, which means you only pay once the right candidate has actually started working for you. In addition, we offer an 8-week guarantee period: if the match does not prove to be optimal within this period, we will immediately launch a new search at no cost to successfully fill the position. In that case, we will also immediately look for another opportunity that better suits the candidate.
Will I receive feedback after an interview even if I’m not referred to the client?
Yes, at Asteria HR Group, we place a high value on transparency and a people-first approach. After your interview with our recruiter, you will always receive personalized feedback, even if we decide not to refer you to the client. We’ll explain honestly why there isn’t a match at this time, so you can use these insights to guide your future career or job applications.
Are there any fees associated with the services provided to candidates?
No, our services are completely free for candidates. We are happy to invest in your talent and guide you, at no cost, in your search for a new opportunity that truly suits you.
How soon can I expect a response after I send my resume or apply for a job opening?
We strive to respond quickly and efficiently. Once we receive your information or request, we will typically contact you within 24 to 48 hours to schedule an initial meeting or intake interview.
