After years in a management roles at a major international recruitment firm, founders Bert Dielen and Nielsen Quaghebeur decided to take a different approach with Asteria HR Group. Since 2024, this niche player has been proving that recruiting for Finance, IT, and Engineering roles can be more personalized and of higher quality. With their three specialized brands FinFinance, Techwell, and BN Engineering, their consultants truly make time for the person behind the resume.
